Specialist (m/w/d) internal Audit

Your Tasks:

• Preparing and carrying out risk-oriented audits, either alone or as part of a team, at our German headquarters in Cologne or at one of TKG’s European branches or subsidiaries
• Identifying and describing process deviations and deficiencies as well as recommending corrective actions in the audit report
• Regularly monitoring the implementation of agreed measures and preparing relevant information for reporting to local, regional management and corporate audit
• Developing new or improving existing audit programs based on new or updated internal guidelines or legal requirements
• Supporting various projects and analyzing and evaluating new business processes and concepts

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed degree in economics or business administration, or training in the banking sector
• Several years of professional experience in the banking sector and/or in auditing
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory, corporate, and other legal requirements combined with strong analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team and make decisions
• Excellent communication skills (German and English) in speaking and writing in an international environment, especially the ability to clearly formulate and weigh results and assessments
