Your Tasks:
- Sales support and assistance in collaboration with dealerships
- Calculating quotes for vehicle inquiries and local promotions
- Creating customer profiles and profitability calculations
- Monitoring all sales activities, from the creation, updating, and evaluation of KPI reports to tracking target achievement rates
- Maintaining internal tools, including ticket management
- Coordination with all relevant units within the Toyota Group as well as with contracted service providers
- Coordination of contract transfers between departing and new dealers
- Creation of work instructions and process diagrams, as well as document management
Your profile:
- Successfully completed business apprenticeship in the financial services sector or the automotive industry
- Professional experience in car sales and marketing or in the back office of an automotive bank
- Experience collaborating with dealer or sales networks
- Advanced user skills in MS365; practical experience with PowerBI is desirable
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English skills; business-level proficiency is a plus
