Specialist (m/f/d) Corporate Governance

Your tasks:

• Supporting the monitoring of the proper implementation of the internal Corporate Governance Framework  
• Coordinating all important planned meetings with stakeholders and markets, including ensuring a clear meeting structure and careful documentation  
• Ensuring that strategic goals are aligned/tracked and that the actions agreed upon in meetings are properly implemented by the business units  
• Supporting the Senior Manager and Corporate Projects with product and brand approvals  
• Taking on ad-hoc tasks from the CFO and Corporate Functions

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• At least 3 years of practical work experience in an international headquarters/corporate environment, ideally in banking or finance
• Good understanding of corporate governance and approval processes
• Strong communication skills at all levels of an international organization
• Strengths in organization, structure, and entrepreneurship, with an agile mindset
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
