Your Tasks:
- Filing, processing, and mailing vehicle registration documents to the appropriate authorities
- Coordinating with other departments regarding the inventory of vehicle registration documents
- Processing and forwarding incoming mail
- Distributing internal mail and receiving deliveries from suppliers
- Tracking shipments and sorting mail
Your Profile:
- Currently enrolled in college / registered student (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility (working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–11:45 a.m. and/or 12:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.)
- Ability to work independently, reliability, and resilience; position requires standing
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good written and spoken German
