Working student (m/f/d) Contract Management

Your Tasks:

• Independently processing lease and loan transfers (including taxi/Uber) from start to finish
• Preparing manual confirmation letters for special payments, including a new payment schedule
• Providing telephone support to dealers and customers in compliance with service-level agreements and internal bank guidelines
• Processing a wide range of business transactions, such as early repayments, expirations, address changes, damage approvals, vehicle exchanges, or individual correspondence
• Structured processing of mail, emails, faxes, and extranet orders, and providing support to other operations departments as needed
• Managing overdue lease returns and maintaining relevant lists (credit balances, incoming payments, residual values, etc.)

Your Profile:

• Motivation and interest in gaining valuable and varied hands-on experience within an automotive corporate environment
• A student (m/f/d) currently enrolled in an ongoing degree program
• Willingness to work primarily at our on-site office in Cologne, thereby gaining firsthand insight into our corporate processes
• Strengths in analytical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and a pronounced service orientation
• Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanor (including on the phone)
• Fluency in spoken and written German
