Your Tasks:

• Filing, processing, and sending of vehicle registration certificates to the corresponding offices
• Coordination with other departments regarding the stock of vehicle registration certificates
• Processing and forwarding of incoming mail
• Distribution of internal mail and acceptance of supplier goods
• Shipment tracking and sorting tasks

Your Profile:

• Ongoing studies / officially enrolled student (m/f/d)
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility (working hours Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and/or 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
• Independence, reliability, and resilience, standing work
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
