Investment Grade Structured Loans / Acquisition Finance is an integral part of UniCredit’s Advisory & Financing Solutions business within Client Solutions and provides a dedicated platform for our corporate clients in Germany and Western Europe. Our team originates, structures, and executes complex financing solutions in the Investment Grade area such as acquisitions, bridge facilities and syndicated loans across all industries. What you’ll be doing
- Conducting industry and company research
- Financial statement analysis and financial modeling (cash-flow based)
- Preparation of investment / credit committee papers
- Preparation of presentations and other materials supporting deal origination
- Preparation of marketing materials supporting the syndication process
- Execution of live acquisition financings, bridge facilities and general corporate refinancings
What you’ll need to succeed
- Economics, Business Administration, Banking or related Finance/Business studies at advanced stage
- Initial work experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investments, Fintech, including initial exposure to financial modelling and credit analysis is a plus
- High motivation and interest in financial markets / corporate finance
- Team player with target focus and diligent approach
- Fluent English language / writing skills, German language is a plus
- Skilled in MS-Office as well as AI-powered productivity tools
- Bloomberg / Factset skills considered a plus

During your internship, you will receive a monthly compensation of EUR 2,400 gross based on full-time employment, which meets at least the applicable statutory minimum wage. This applies regardless of whether the internship is mandatory or voluntary.
