Specialist (m/f/d) Risk Management

Your Tasks:

• Implementation and further development of risk management as well as reporting and analysis processes for the Europe & Africa region (EAR)
• Coordination, analysis, and evaluation of Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) in close collaboration with international stakeholders and Global Risk Management
• Conducting Risk KRI reporting, monitoring risk metrics, identifying areas requiring action, and initiating appropriate measures
• Preparation of insightful analyses, reports, and management presentations for executive management, committees, and international decision-making bodies
• Design and optimization of modern reporting, monitoring, and analysis tools for data-driven management of risks and corporate objectives
• Central point of contact for risk-related inquiries and liaison with national and international functional areas, management bodies, and global risk management functions

Your Profile:

• A bachelor’s or master`s degree in economics, finance, or a comparable business-related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in risk management, ideally in an international corporate environment with complex stakeholder structures
• In-depth knowledge of management reporting, the analysis of key performance indicators, and the preparation of decision-making documents
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including the visualization and presentation of complex data and processes
• Analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work; experience in project management is a plus
• Business-level English proficiency and strong communication skills for collaborating with international departments and executives
