Your Tasks:
- Independent handling of troubled engagements through judicial and out-of-court measures
- Taking, clarifying, or forwarding department-related requests over the phone
- Support in processing deaths in connection with loans/leasing contracts, including clarifying/checking inheritance relationships/rights
- Support in coordinating with heirs, estate administrators, probate courts, and authorized representatives
- Support in managing and overseeing insolvency proceedings to minimize TKG’s losses under the Insolvency Code
- Independent handling/decisions within the framework of legal requirements and internal guidelines
Your Profile:
- Current university student, ideally studying law or a related field
- Legal knowledge desirable, ideally with some practical experience
- Independent and audience-appropriate communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to work at the Cologne office on a regular basis during the week
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
